California Conservatives Fabricate Another Story About Transgender Restroom Harassment.

As If This Was Unexpected… Not.

  1. It’s sad that ignorant people LIE to protect their fear and prejudice. Keep forging forward in promoting awareness. I did read somewhere that under the law we have the right (male or female or transgender person) to use any restroom we see as fitting to us.

    1. What I find disgusting about these people and their allies is they claim religion as authority behind their action and rhetoric, and then disregard the very same religions teachings on lying, bearing false witness, being kind to others, and no holding hate in your heart. I guess for them it’s a matter of what is convenient at the moment and brings in the biggest bank roll.

I’m not sure about the laws, they vary so much from state to state, but really, what are they to do, assign bathroom police to see if you have the correct “equipment” before your allowed in?

  2. I live in San Diego and you betcha I fired off an email about that bogus story.

No one’s ever demanded proof of my gender before entering a public restroom. The most interaction I’ve had in a stall is a request for t.p. from the person next door. Nobody but these small-minded bigots is harassing people in the loo. This is mind-boggling ignorant.
