The article and what the Arkansas legislature is planning is quite disturbing in it own. On another angle are inter-sex persons who must feel equally threatened by that legislature.
I certainly sense the fear among that state’s Trans community and anyone who happens to travel to or through Arkansas.
What gets little attention is that the real perpetrators are heterosexual males, not Trans persons. It seems their current state law already sufficiently deals with whatever perceived threat one makes.
Their legislature seems to lack the comprehension about Trans and Trans issues.

These laws are dangerous to anyone who doesn’t fit into the accepted ideals of typical gender stereotypes. What’s more, they are yet another intrusion into people’s privacy and do little except increase fear and violence.

I wish the States would catch up before they drag us back behind. Religious zealotry is not good, and I believe this is where all this insanity sprouts from.
