I learned and witnessed how many of my former Left-leaning and Liberal friends and family quickly fell for Reagan in 1980. They now consider Nixon the greatest president in US history. They have remained loyalist right-wing Republikans these past few decades. They are self-described, proud ‘Deplorables’ who support Trump blindly.
They do not perceive how and what we perceive.
