After recent developments I have been forced to take a long, hard look inside and to face some difficult truths. Regardless of how much I have tried to fool myself into thinking I could change, I cant.

I am damaged goods, too broken to ever be made whole and nothing will change that fact.  I only hope I dont cause irreparable harm before it’s over.

  1. Nobody is damaged beyond repair ❤️ I’m not sure what’s going on, but you are worthy and strong and things are going to get better ❤️

Hang in there, you’re not alone

  2. Your past does not define you, unless you let it. Each day we can begin to recreate ourselves anew, unless we let others interfere. And if you let others interfere, that’s your choice, which you can control, and can change anytime you wish to change it.

To be as gentle as I can, Kira, you are being played by those using guilt to trap you between who you really are and who they want you to be. And no matter what words are said, they clearly do not care that you suffer because of this. If you are being loyal to them out of a sense of love, that love is clearly not being returned at all.

  3. We’re all damaged. You aren’t alone in this. You can’t control how other people feel, so don’t let that control how you behave toward yourself. Their feelings are their problem, not yours.
