Doing better pain wise though I continue to have breathing issues which I am managing with over the counter medication, though if it doesn’t improve soon I’ll have to see the doctor about just to make sure it isn’t too serious.

On other news, i was reminded why I hate where I live, especially with Winter just around the corner. Actually my feelings can be summed up in one terrible, nasty, dirty word; snow. We had between one to two inches which insisted on falling from the sky for most of the day.

Did I mention I really hate snow?

I’ve been having issues for months but didn’t have a clue as to why other than getting old, then my partner happened across an article about vitamin B deficiency it read like a checklist of all of my symptoms.

I had a neurologist suggest taking a supplement earlier this year but she didn’t really explain everything which could go wrong besides my nerve issues and I really eish she had.

I started taking a supplement several days ago and I noticed an immediate improvement in nerve and muscle pain. Not so much with fatigue but I expect to see improvement there as well. All of which is why I posted about it yesterday.

What is vitamin B deficiency?

Vitamin B deficiency happens when your body doesn’t have enough vitamin B. This happens if you don’t eat food with vitamin B or because of a health condition. Your body needs a certain amount of each type of vitamin B to function well. The different types of vitamin B are all water-soluble (dissolves in water), which means that they cannot be stored in the body and must be consumed regularly to avoid deficiency.

What are the symptoms of vitamin B deficiency?

People with vitamin B deficiency may experience:

  • fatigue, weakness or a general lack of energy
  • numbness or tingling in their hands and feet
  • weakened muscles and slow reflexes
  • ‘shakiness’ when walking or difficulty keeping balance
