How Reactionaries Manufactured The Grooming Conspiracy Theory

With the grooming conspiracy theory being a mainstream topic that is discussed constantly by the political right, there are a number of important things that need to be stressed whenever responding to or discussing it. One of the first things that people will often zone in on is the fact that the right doesn’t actually care about it. This is something I’ve done numerous times and will continue to do as I think it’s very important to highlight.

Mira Bellwether, Author of ‘F*cking Trans Women,’ Has Died

Mira Bellwether, author of the groundbreaking zine Fucking Trans Women, died on December 25th, 2022, at the age of 40. Her partner Callan Molinari confirmed Bellwether’s death on Twitter. According to Bellwether’s GoFundMe page, she’d been diagnosed with lung cancer in October 2021. On December 19th of this year, Bellwether’s health took a turn for the worse, and she was admitted to the ICU. She spent her final days with her partner Callan and her sister CJ while Star Trek: The Next Generation played in the background.
